Who processes your data

The owner and operator of the e-datacom.com.ua website is Sole Proprietor O.V. Nechyporenko (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Send any questions about personal data processing to info@e-datacom.com.ua. For security reasons we do not publish our exact reception address until the end of martial law in Ukraine.

What data we collect

Contact form. If you send us an enquiry, we receive the data you provide voluntarily: your name, email and message (optionally phone and company). We do not ask for unnecessary data.

Anonymous view counter. We count article views to see which materials are useful. The counter collects no personal data and builds no user profile.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use tracking cookies and has no advertising networks, third-party analytics, pixels or trackers. The only external service the site calls is Google Apps Script (see below).

Who your data is shared with

The contact form and the view counter run through Google Apps Script. Your enquiries arrive in our email (Google Gmail) and are stored in Google Sheets. Google therefore acts as a processor of this data under its own terms.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to handling your enquiry.

Why we process data

Form data — to contact you and answer your enquiry. Anonymous view statistics — to improve our materials. Legal basis: your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in anonymous statistics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to communicate with you, then deleted on your request. Anonymous view statistics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold, to correct it or ask us to delete it. To do so, write to info@e-datacom.com.ua.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address.
